AAM Services welders are qualified for WIG and MIG / MAG procedures, for the manufacture of stainless steel pipe circuits, we use Orbitalum GF machines for cutting pipes, resulting in a perfect perpendicular cutting, ESAB welding technique, welding of stainless steel pipes is done according to the procedure TIGsten Inert Gas (TIG) and when requested, we can also use automatic orbital welding with AXAIR devices.
After welding, the outer welds are cleaned, polished and passivated. Internal welds are cleaned and treated by recirculating a passivating agent, to be endoscopically inspected.
